The Sherburne Fire District #1 is a Municipal Sewer District which provides collection and treatment of wastewater in the Killington Basin area along the Killington Road from The Woods at Killington to Glazebrook Condominiums.

RESULTS OF SFD #1 ANNUAL MEETING

MONDAY MARCH 2, 2026

Christopher Karr called the Annual SFD #1 meeting to order at 4:06 pm and read the warning.

ARTICLE 1

To elect a moderator, Christopher Karr was nominated and

seconded. The District Clerk was asked to cast one ballot.

ARTICLE 2

To act on the reports of the SFD #1 officers for the year ended

December31, 2025. A motion was made and seconded to accept

the report of the SFD #1 officers as presented. 

The motion carried unanimously.

ARTICLE 3

To elect the following SFD #1 officers and fill any vacant office.

a. A District Clerk. Stephanie Chiarella was nominated and seconded.

The District Clerk was asked to cast one ballot.

b. A District Treasurer. Stephanie Chiarella was nominated and

seconded. The District Clerk was asked to cast one ballot.

c. A Prudential Committee Member for the term of 3 years.

Domenic Chiarella was nominated and seconded.

The District Clerk was asked to cast one ballot.

d. A Prudential Committee Member for a term of 3 years.

Christopher Karr was nominated and seconded.

The District Clerk was asked to cast one ballot.

ARTICLE 4

To see if the SFD #1 will direct the Prudential Committee to set

wages as in the past. A motion was made and seconded to direct

the Prudential Committee to set wages as in the past.

The motion was carried unanimously.

ARTICLE 5

To transact any other business properly to be brought before said

meeting. There was none.
